#blogclub for weeknotes

I love a good community :-) Emily Webber’s Agile in the Ether is a fine example. It includes:

• regular remote meetups,
• a remote conference (fancy doing another 1 Emily?)
• Slack to keep in touch.

A particularly love the #blog-club channel, which inspired me to restart my week notes journey. It includes an informal parallel working / body doubling session on Friday afternoons. Think of it as a virtual co-working space which lasts an hour or 2. We come together, say hello and then focus on typing our respective blog posts.

However, it’s the Summer vacation period and has been quiet. So I’ve created a #blogclub for Friday 16 August 2024 that anyone can join.

Maybe it’ll become a regular thing?
